This is an exciting role, for a Cisco Engineer who has experience working for an ISP or IT Solutions provider background. You will ideally be a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or an equivalent level of knowledge. The role combines a mixture of office based responsibilities and occasional field duties, so you will need to hold a clean UK driving license. Responsibilities: • Design, integration, deployment and support of ISP services to customers • Providing expert support and on-going support to customers • Mentoring less Senior team members • Ensuring service meets established SLA’s • Responding to support tickets and providing excellent customer support • Supporting customer security solutions – Fortinet/Cisco etc
