This role will include advising, drafting and negotiating documentation for a wide range of commodity transactions including, commodity-based financing, mine and oil & gas financing and reserves-based lending. You will have a firm understanding of commodity master trading agreements, commodity financing documentation, shipping documents and general commercial documents such as guarantees, indemnities, letters of credit, security documents, non-disclosure agreements and other relevant documentation and subsequent amendments.
