COMPLETIONS ASSISTANT - HAMPSHIRE The Firm Our client is a highly successful Legal 200 practice with multiple offices in the South of England employing in excess of 200 staff. A full-service firm with lawyers who are experts in their fields they provide reliable, practical and above all commercially viable solutions to clients` legal issues. The Role We are now tasked with sourcing a Completions Assistant for our clients` busy Conveyancing department in Hampshire on a temporary basis. Managing a full caseload of property transactions from exchange to post-completion, the successful candidate will liaise with clients and fee earners on a regular basis and assist senior members of the team when necessary. A high level of accuracy is essential for the role as are excellent IT skills. Duties will include: preparing SDLT forms; assembling contract packs; handling financial aspects of exchange and completion and; preparing completion statements.
