You will be responsible for preparing, negotiating and reviewing a range of finance documents as well as assisting with closings and the conditions precedent process. THE CANDIDATE: As a successful candidate you will be qualifying as a solicitor in either August/September 2013 and have completed your training contract at a Magic Circle law firm.
