You will be conducting a varied caseload of residential property matters including right to buy, new leases, assignments, sales and purchases and transfer of equity. THE CANDIDATE: You will have a minimum of 2 years current experience within conveyancing, being qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer/ILEX or Solicitor. You must have a thorough understanding of working with case management systems and have experience in a wide range of residential sales and purchase transactions including leasehold, right to buy, unregistered and shared ownership properties.
