Interim Head of Service Delivery

You will be responsible for:- - standardising IT operations across 5 European offices. - working closely with the business to identify SLA's and OLA's, and then putting standardise processes in place across all locations using ITIL methodologies. - managing the day-to-day operations, helpdesk and service delivery to the business. - managing the relationship between IT and the business. As the ideal candidate, you will:- - have experience of managing operational / service delivery teams across multiple European locations. - have a strong ITIL background and ideally certified. - have experience of implementing change in multiple European locations.
