They have experience in various types of commercial installations from fit out to complex retrofit, and new build. Their experience covers all types of HVAC control, system design, project management, commissioning, training and maintenance. <br/>They are specialists in various market sectors, including education, data centres, health and commercial property. <br/><br/>They are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their well established maintenance team. They have a number of maintenance contracts within the London and Home Counties.<br/> <br/>The key responsibilities will be: <br/>• Be very client driven and promote a positive image of the company and the services which it provides.<br/>• Surveying and quoting of small service projects, small works and energy related work
