Job Summary:
This position is located in Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Office of Enforcement. The purpose of this position is to provide expert advice, assistance and technical support for the Enforcement Division's various processes and systems supporting litigation, including those related to electronic discovery. The incumbent serves, from within the Enforcement Division, as a subject matter expert and liaison between the Enforcement Division and the litigation support team within the Office of the Chief Information Officer. The incumbent provides guidance and training in the effective management of document collections; and the operation of eDiscovery systems, trial preparation software and other electronic courtroom tools; and other litigation support related systems.
