Flood Risk Officer

We looking for a Flood Risk Management Officer to work in the Warrington area for a public sector body whose principal aims are to protect and improve the environment. You will be working in the Floor Risk team helping to ensure the Agency deals with responses efficiently and swiftly.<br/><br/>As a Flood Risk Management Officer you will be expected to record and organise responses to ensure prompt, high quality customer service. Use GIS and database systems to access flood risk information and provide maps and other responses to customer queries. Support colleagues across the Agency to gather information on reported incidents of pollution or flooding and ensure safe response to these incidents. Respond to key information in some systems which help manage risks to rivers and field based staff. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers to understand their activities. <br/><br/>Ideally for this role you will have:<br/><br/>- a degree (or equivalent
