Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work with our Top Biller<br/><br/>Starting out in Recruitment can be tough. It can be a demanding and high-pressured job at times, but with the right training and support it can be very rewarding with rapid career progression and excellent earning potential!<br/><br/>Working under our top-billing consultant, you will benefit from their direct support and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing your skills via our comprehensive Induction and Training Program for when you take on your own recruitment desk. We find this is a great way to build your knowledge and confidence - many of our most successful consultants started via this route. <br/>The role will cover all aspects of the recruitment process from qualifying candidates, writing adverts, identifying job opportunities to meeting and liaising with clients.
