Operations Manager<br/>Birmingham<br/>£55,000 + Car + Bonus + Benefits<br/><br/>Operations Manager opportunity with a World Class Manufacturing business in the Food/FMCG sector. The Operations Manager will report to the Site Director and will be a key member of the senior management team managing packaging and warehouse functions at the companies large scale manufacturing site.<br/><br/>The Operations Manager will be able to demonstrate strategic capabilities, strong leadership skills and commercial acumen. Importantly you will have previous experience as a Manufacturing Manager or Senior Production Manager within a large scale, high speed manufacturing operations.<br/><br/>Ultimately the Operations Manager will support the delivery of service, volume and quality at in line with the budgetary expectations.
