Job Summary:

ARMY RECENT GRADUATES PROGRAM: The Army Recent Graduates Program provides individuals who have recently graduated from qualifying educational institutions or programs with developmental experience in the Federal Government intended to promote possible careers in the civil service. Participants must have obtained a degree, or completed a qualifying career or technical education program within the preceding 2 years. Eligible veterans, however, can apply up to six years after completing a qualifying degree or certificate program. About the Position: Positions filled from this vacancy announcement are part of Department of Army's Civilian Management Training Program. These are Career Program (CP) #11 positions. If selected for this position, a signed mobility agreement is a condition of employment. This agreement states that in order to be placed in the intern program, or upon graduation from the intern program, you may be assigned to any location, within the Department of Army and that you will move to the new duty location. Failure to relocate can be used as the basis for non-selection. Failure to relocate after appointment can be the basis for your removal from Federal service. The Full Performance Level: 11 Who May Apply: *Individuals who have graduated within the previous two years from an accredited institution and have completed an associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate. OR *A veteran who was precluded from applying in the two year period due to a military service obligation, and is within 6 years of graduation from an accredited institution and have completed an associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate.
