The Role We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join our clients` busy practice in Derbyshire. The successful candidate will manage a diverse and varied caseload of both public and privately funded matters which will include drafting claims for costs, preparation of points of dispute and reply and also sending off the relevant documentation to the LSC for assessment. This role will involve undertaking negotiation and, when necessary, advocacy in order to reach costs settlements. The Candidate You must be a Law Costs Draftsperson with at least 3 years` strong experience with both public and privately funded costs matters. You must have a good
