The fast growing corporate and commercial team advises a range of clients from a variety of industries and professions including SME’s to large limited companies and they are looking to enhance their IP offerings. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and a solid technical knowledge of all aspects of IP law gained within an established regional law firm. The role will include advising on design rights, copyright, trademarks, brand protection and licensing issues. You will ideally have some knowledge of corporate law and have experience of building up and running a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters.
