Job Summary:
As a graduate student in the Pathways Employment Program (IEP), the Intern performs human resources work with guidance and oversight from experienced personnel within the Office of Human Capital Management. Looking for a graduate student who is working on a degree in Human Resources/Training and Development. The position will assist with implementation and management of a wide range of training and development initiatives that address current and future needs which enable mission success. This includes identifying appropriate vendor training/developing training curriculum, career management, mentoring/coaching, needs assessment, and leadership development.
