The PMO Manager will act as gatekeeper to a portfolio of Business Change projects and will be responsible for managing work reception, reporting functions and project governance. The PMO Manager will report in to Board Level so strong gravitas is essential to ensure effective stakeholder management. The PMO will perform Portfolio Analysis, MI Reporting, Business Case Definition ensuring Risk and Issues are tracked and governance is adhered to. The ideal PMO Manager will have the following skills and experience - 6 years PMO Management - Experience setting up and mobilising a PMO from scratch - Strong Stakeholder management skills
