Undertaking a busy and demanding caseload, your role will focus primarily on handling both simple and complex Wills, however, you will also carry out work on probate, court of protection, EPA and LPA matters. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience, having gained exposure to private client work, specifically Wills. You will demonstrate excellent drafting skills and the ability to form effective relationships with both clients and other members of the team.
