Residential Adult Carers

Your responsibilities will include, attending to the personal needs of residents, undertaking regular checks of the building to ensure the health and safety of the residents. Ensure a safe environment with a view to creating a homely atmosphere in which residents feel safe and supported. Good communication skills, Confidentiality, ability to assist clients in daily living, caring and sympathetic attitude to the needs of the elderly. Able to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team. Must be willing to undertake personal care.
