Job Summary:
This is a Flex 00 position with the Ellsworth AFB Veterinary Clinic. The purpose of the position is to perform a variety of general office duties in support of the Veterinary Clinic mission. Performs general office duties to include, but not limited to: registers new clients; trains for competency using AVImark veterinary software and inputs information into this software program; prepares records for visits; stamps records with vaccinations and diagnostic tests performed; schedules appointments by phone and in person; sells over the counter products; answers general inquiries about use of products; maintains files in accordance with regulations; stocks supplies; assists in maintaining veterinary services social media; assists in performing monthly inventory and other administrative aspects of the clinic; receives payments from customers, issues receipts, and process payments. Ensures clinic is maintained in a neat, clean, and sanitary condition. Completes required mandatory training when directed by supervisor. Adheres to fire, safety, and facility security regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned.
