Job Summary:
This position is located in Livorno, Italy. Camp Darby, U.S. Army Garrison-Livorno is situated in the Tuscany region of Italy, an area that is rich in both history and culture. Nearby is The Leaning Tower of Pisa, as well as the beach resort town or Tirrenia, which forms the southern reaches of the Italian Riviera. Though a small military community of 2,200 people near Livorno, we have most facilities typical of CONUS based installations - just smaller in size. Camp Darby is blessed with a small town atmosphere yet close to the larger cities of Pisa, Livorno, and Florence. For additional information please visit http://www.usag.livorno.army.mil/ . Logs reservations for incoming guests based on room availability. Interviews incoming guests to determine their status in order to assin appropriate quarters. Assists clientele in the completion of required forms and registration cards. Answers questions pertaining to rules and regulations governing the assignment and use of the qurters. Issues room keys. Provides statement of non-availability when applicable. Post registration information on registration card. Orients guests concerning use of facilities and equipment and other facilities available on post. Computes charges for guest check-out, receives payments and room keys; renders receipts. Accounts for and secures cash at the end of the shift.
