Incoming Customer Service Executives

The main purpose of your role is to service customers' requirements effectively while maximising all sales opportunities and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Whether this is a new career move for you, or you are a highly experienced customer service executive, we have various pay rates to suit experience. There is also the possibility in a monthly bonus shall you hit various KPI's. Please note that working hours will be on a 2 week rota: 1st week: either 08:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00 2nd week: either 12:00-20:00 or 14:00-22:00 You are required to work 1 in 2 Saturday's between the hours of 08:00-18:00 on the following shifts: 08:00-16:00 09:00-17:00 10:00-18:00 Y
