Our client is looking for a well rounded conveyancer, legal executive or junior solicitor with excellent technical ability to handle a large residential caseload. The candidate must have experience in leasehold, shared ownership, new build, lease extensions and other complex matters from start to finish. Also some experience of commercial property would be an advantage. The successful candidate must be a team player but also be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent client facing skills.
