The Role We are now tasked with sourcing an experienced specialist Private Client Lawyer to join our clients` flourishing practice in Hertfordshire on a part-time basis. Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Trusts matters with a bias towards advising client in inheritance tax planning and strategies, the successful candidate will have a high level of autonomy and client contact. The ideal candidate will be a full member of STEP and also be able to contribute to business development activities to assist in the further growth of the department. Please quote ref.
