This is a busy but close knit organisation with excellent progression routes and a supportive management structure to aid this. The successful carer will have the following responsibilities : • Ensure quality person centred care delivery is of a high standard • To promote residents choice in daily living • Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures ensure the safety of residents, visitors and work colleagues • Ensure the whereabouts of residents in known and report and concerns to the line manager immediately • Undertake light housekeeping duties including changing beds, tidying of rooms etc • Check residents laundry requirements and ensure clothing is repaired or replac
