RGN Unit/Team leader

RGN Unit lead required for specialised neuro-rehabilitation provider in the Birmingham area. <br/><br/>As team leader, you will provide clear clinical leadership to staff nurses and rehabilitation assistants on the unit; ensuring an effective, forward thinking clinical team is created and maintained. Acting as a clinical advisor to a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide person centred care and promote independence amongst your service users, whilst maintaining compliance and professional standards. <br/><br/>To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified RGN with your current NMC Pin and have a proven background in acute medical care. Ideally, you will also have a competent understanding of neuro-rehabilitation. You will be a skilled team leader, with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for making a difference.
