Senior Manager

<P>A Senior Manager is required to join a leading consultancy in the City, in a role that will focus primarily on Banking projects. The consultancy has a number of large change programs currently running and on the horizon and is looking for a candidate who is excited by the prospect of joining a fast-growing area in HR Transformation. They currently work with numerous major banks, and this role will give the successful candidate opportunities for fast progression, for example into a Director position.</P> <P>The ideal candidate will have had some experience in an HR role supporting major regulatory or change projects, or leading change in a business function (including compliance or risk).</P> <P>A background as a consultant with one of the Big Four (Deloitte, Ernst & Young, PwC or KPMG) or organisations such as Accenture, particularly having supported banking change programmes, will be an advantage but not a necessity.</P> <P>Experience with people management or the HR aspects of
