Initially they are looking for a team of just <strong>3 engineers</strong> (backed up by the technology VP and SW director). Over the course of the four years they are looking for the team to expand to <strong>over 30 engineers</strong> - as a result they are looking for engineers with <strong>future management potential</strong>.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>3 years minimum in developing Bluetooth
