Steam Raising Plant Supervisor

Responsibilites<br><br>We have an exciting opportunity for a Steam Raising Plant Supervisor based in our Northampton site.<br><br>You will be responsible for ensuring the planned and reactive operation and maintenance on all engines /generators are carried out to the highest standards ensuring maximum availability of the assets at all times. You will be providing both technical and managerial support to your team working within your designated area and enhancing the performance of the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) asset resources for the Steam Raising Plant.<br><br>Daily activities for this role will include;<br><br>- Ensuring all planned and reactive work is completed safely and efficiently.<br>- Supervision of contractors on site.<br>- Awareness of process compliance issues.<br>- Supervise the quality of work undertaken by the technician s.<br>- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to.<br>- Ensure that assets are maintained in a cost effective manner.<br
