engineering graduate position

I am looking for a graduate engineer that I can train into a recruitment consultant. Having been recruiting in engineering for many years I see how many good graduate engineers struggle to find a decent engineering position so i would like to give you an alternative opportunity. Do as i have done and work in the engineering sector, use your knowledge of engineering to place engineers at senior grade in new positions.
