They are currently looking to recruit a Commercial / IP Solicitor with between 3-5 years PQE. Alternatively this position would suit a Trade Mark Professional. You will be joining a busy team dealing with high quality IP, Commercial work with a strong bias towards trademarks. The work will be across the UK and International and the type of clients range from SME, to multi nationals to public bodies. The trademark work includes advice on registerability, opposition work, management of client trademark portfolios, strategic advice on the protection use and exploitation, drafting and advising on commercial contracts including some technology contracts.
