Covering a period of maternity leave, the successful candidate will handle a demanding caseload of general commercial matters including negotiating, drafting, analysing and interpreting various forms of commercial contracts , e-commerce, technical procurement, public procurement and software licensing. Ideally, you will also have some experience of commercial property and/or construction matters in order to provide additional support to the business. As a qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of three years PQE, you will have gained broad commercial experience either from private practice or in-house, and consider yourself to be a resilient and robust
