Job Summary:

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) works to promote safety, protect the environment, and conserve resources through vigorous regulatory oversight and enforcement. The BSEE is looking for energetic and talented college students to participate in the 2013 summer intern program. The positions are located with the Gulf of Mexico OCS Region (GOM OCS Region) which is one of three regional offices of the BSEE and is located in Jefferson, Louisiana, with district offices located in Houma, Lafayette, and Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Clute, Texas. This is a full-time temporary student opportunity for the summer only. Students are not required to attend school during summer employment. You must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the summer Salary: $13.41/hour (Jefferson, Houma, Lake Charles, and Lafayette, Louisiana) $15.12/hour (Clute, Texas)
