The role will be supporting a customer experience team which will look at the effect of change to the customer. <br /><br />Key accountabilties <br />Customer Excellence – combining what’s best for customer with commercial realities<br />ideally have Knowledge of mortgage products and services<br />Problem Solving – finding solutions that address the root-cause of customer satisfaction / dissatisfaction<br />Communication & Influencing skills – delivering change & improvements through others<br />Planning & Organising<br /><br />The successful applicant must have in a worked within a large blue chip company in a similar capacity</span></p>
