You will be handling your own caseload from inception through to completion and you must be comfortable dealing with clients face to face. You will be experienced on taking the lead on transactions and will have the ability to provide sound commercial advice to your clients. THE CANDIDATE: Applicants will have a minimum of 2 years pqe and be able to provide a full residential property offering to a varied client base of first time buyers, developers, individuals and trustees.
