Job Summary:
The incumbent reports directly to the RRB's three-member Board. This position is a career reserved position in the Senior Executive Service (SES) and is located at our national headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. RELOCATION EXPENSES WILL NOT BE PAID. The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 established a performance-based pay system for members of the Senior Executive Service (SES). The SES pay range has a minimum rate of basic pay equal to 120 percent of the rate for GS-15, step 1 and the maximum rate of pay is equal to the rate for Level III of the Executive Schedule. The Board will determine the starting salary, within the salary range above, based on the selected candidate's qualifications .
