The established property team deals with all types of transactions and they are keen to appoint a Solicitor who will play a key role in assisting the busy department. As a Commercial Property Solicitor within the team you will be dealing with freehold transfers, leases, easements and complex enquires. THE CANDIDATE: You will be either a qualified legal executive or solicitor with around 1-2 years experience in all areas of commercial property law gained within another leading regional or City practice.
