The analyst team has a primary remit to provide technical expertise covering product support, usually on a chargeable basis. The team is also required to provide help and support for the technical specialists’ team, and to play their part occasionally in the form of onsite visits.</p> <p class="Default">The team consists of multi-skilled technical analysts with Oracle and Microsoft disciplines. Fundamental to the role of technical analyst is effective resource management, commercial acumen and technical competency.</p> <p class="Default">The post holder will be expected to be a highly motivated individual who works well within the team and aims to reach and exceed targets and standards set by the team leader and Head of Technical Services
