This opportunity will be a 3 month fixed term contract to commence in June. You will be handling a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters, including JCT and NE3 forms and commercial property development. THE CANDIDATE: As a qualified Construction Solicitor with 2 to 3 years PQE, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of drafting and advising on building contracts combined with a good understanding of the Standard Forms of Building and Engineering Contract.
