Incumbent will serve as the principal specialist primarily responsible for administering the realty program within the Area Office's jurisdiction. Responsibilities include completion of a broad variety of realty transactions, including but not limited to permits, licenses, leases, easements, inventory, trespass, acquisition, disposal, and exchange of withdrawn or acquired Federal land.
