Experienced recruitment consultant

I am looking for experienced self motivated recruitment consultants that like to run their desk like its their own business. Here at RGB we look to support, train and motivate our consultants but essentially it is down to you and your desire to succeed as to how much you want to earn and how successful you want to be. We have a great database, good advertising budget, good salaries and commission, but generally I think people stay at RGB because its a great place to work. We have a dress down policy, good IT systems, an office 2 mins walk from Victoria station, we are a smallish company with 12 staff in our london office but we are part of a company with a £430 million pound turnover. So we have the best of both worlds. We are also very sucessful and are looking to post a 6 figure profit for this year.
