UTILITY SURVEYOR<br/>Job description<br/>My client specialises in utility mapping and geophysical surveys to locate buried hazards and reduce potential delays on construction sites across the UK.<br/>You will be required to carry out onsite markout of buried services on sites across south-east England using a range of technical survey equipment.<br/>Demonstrable experience over a period of more than twelve months is required in each of the following survey techniques:<br/>? Interpretation of statutory utility plans<br/>? Visually surveying a site<br/>? Cover lifting and measurement of invert levels<br/>? Drainage location using a FlexiTrace and Sondes<br/>? RD8000Rx – passive modes (power & radio)<br/>? RD8000Rx – active modes, including knowledge of peak/null operation and depth measurements<br/>? RD8000Tx – applying signals via connection, induction and signal clamp, including a good understanding of the different frequencies and where to apply them<br/>? Ground penetrating radar – i
