<P>Alexander Ash is acting as an agency for the purpose of this advert. </P> <P>For this Investment Banking Giant we are looking for an AVP level PMO. The PMO ensures that the proper controls and processes are in place and adhered to in order to facilitate the on-going management of the program in line with best-practice Program Management methodologies. This includes all budgeting and resource management responsibilities but also monitoring and managing the health of the Programme including threats to successful delivery.</P> <P>The PMO ensures that the senior stakeholders are kept adequately informed of the status of the Programme through establishing effective reporting and escalation processes.</P> <P>Additionally you will facilitate the smooth process of on-boarding and exiting of resources to the Program through suitable on-boarding processes and documentation, security management including access, permissions and controls, and knowledge management.</P> <P>It essential that appli
