It is responsible for mainly negotiating and completing derivative contracts and documenting structured products traded by the Bank with new clients. Responsibilities will include drafting a negotiating a range of ISDA/Fund related documentation. Managing the pipeline of workflow, and the supervision/mentoring of more junior members of the team. Applications are invited from qualified lawyers with either 2 yrs+ PQE Commodity or ISDA documentation experience or 4 yrs+ Corporate experience.
