The successful candidate will be responsible for handling an existing caseload of residential property matters which is likely to include the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, mortgages and remortgages and equity release. THE CANDIDATE: To be considered for this role you will be a recently qualified Solicitor who has completed at least one seat in residential property. You will ideally have experience of advising on all areas of residential conveyancing matters and you will have a keen interest in further developing the existing caseload.
