The caseload will cover freehold and leasehold sales, purchases (including off plan/new builds), remortgages and transfers of equity. The role will be working closely with the Head of Department. You will be responsible for working to targets and for being pro-active with regards to business development and marketing activity. The firm does not undertake volume conveyancing but a great deal of work for high net worth clients. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE and will have gained some solid residential property experience.
