IMMEDIATE OPENING fo CAD/CAM Design Engineer - Sheet Metal<br/>LEADING TELFORD MANUFACTURING COMPANY<br/><br/> Following major investment in new CNC sheet metal machinery,they have an opportunity for an experienced CAD / CAM Design Engineer.<br/><br/>Ideally the successful applicant will be experienced in a sheet metal environment, especially programming punches and presses, or will have excellent engineering skills. 3D Cad Design experience is essential (Inventor or Solidworks). Training would be considered for applicants with 2D Cad experience. Knowledge of SigmaNest and/or ByBend software would also be of benefit.<br/><br/>The role will include;<br/>Interpreting customer requirements to create CAD drawings in Inventor.<br/>Using state of the art software, convert drawing data for processing parts on the punch press and press brakes.<br/><br/>Utilise machine's capabilities to maximise material utilisation and productivity using SigmaNest and ByBend Software.<br/><br/>Using MR
