Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager North East Bristol <br/>£17,000 Basic Plus OTE<br/>Full time: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm; Saturdays by rota: 9.00 am - 4.00 pm (day off in lieu)<br/>My client who is an Independent Estate Agents in Bristol are looking for a Letting Negotiator/Property Manager to join their team , this is a fast past environment for someone to succeed within the property market<br/>Personality and drive is the key to a successful candidate for this role!<br/>Essential Skills<br/>" Experience in the Lettings industry preferable<br/>" A proven track record in a sales environment<br/>" Resilience and the ability to make the most of any opportunity<br/>" Excellent face to face customer service skills<br/>" Experience of servicing notices for possessions<br/>" Preferably knowledge of the local area / property market<br/>" Experience of viewings/inventories/legal paper work/protecting tenancy deposits<br/>" Registering applicants " FULL DRIVING LICENCE and own car<br/><br/>This
