Trainee Negotiator <br/>Central <br/>£14,500 Plus Branch commission <br/>This position is for a market leading Independent Estate Agent in Bristol who is looking for a dynamic, performance-based candidate who wants to over perform and be rewarded accordingly.<br/>Successful Trainee Negotiation is all about building rapport and trust. You must generate client commitment quickly by addressing their needs thoroughly and accurately. The ability to manage people and their emotions during the buying/selling process is a must. <br/>The successful candidate will have numerous opportunities to develop and build business, so determination and motivation to capitalise on these opportunities is essential.<br/>You must have a car and be able to drive - Business Mileage will be supplied <br/>You will have good IT skills and believe passionately in delivering superior customer service although previous experience is not necessary.
