Also required is a demonstrated background in providing technical labor and employee relations advice and assistance to high-level mangers on difficult or unprecedented issues covering areas to include but not limited to: contract negotiations, bargaining, labor-management agreement analysis and interpretation, alternative dispute resolution, employee relations case management, discipline review programs, grievance processing, unfair labor practices representations, and third-party advocacy before FLRA and arbitrators. This position of CHIEF, LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST) starts at a salary of $123,758.00(GS-15 step 1), with promotion potential to $155,500.00 (GS-15 step 10).
