Job Summary:
This position is located in the Office of the General Counsel, Operations. Management, Los Angeles, CA, Region 31, Office of the National Labor Relations Board. The Regional office is responsible for processing cases filed under the National Labor Relations Act. The field offices represent the actual operating arm of the Agency, the means through which the Board and the General Counsel reach the public and perform the major part of the Agency's case handling and public service. It is in these offices that all petitions and charges are initially filed, and a great majority of all cases reach final disposition without ever requiring transmission to Washington.
